QuickBooks Disconnected

You have successfully disconnected your QuickBooks Online company from the Donor Statements app. You will no longer be able to retrieve or update any records in QuickBooks Online from your Donor Statements account; among other things, this means that no further statements can be generated (although you will retain access to all existing statements).

If you disconnected by mistake or wish to change your mind, you can use the following steps to restore the connection to your QuickBooks Online account.

  1. Log in to your account at Donor Statements by navigating to app.donorstatements.com, or by clicking the “App” menu entry at the top right of this page.
  2. Within the app, navigate to the Settings -> Accounting page.
  3. Click the green “Connect to QuickBooks” button to reauthorize the connection to your QuickBooks account.
